ABOUT: Randy has been a member of the Knights of Columbus for over three decades, and became a Field Agent for the Order in year 2012. Originally from Junction City, Wisconsin, Randy graduated from Royall High School in Elroy. He attended the University of Wisconsin, in River Falls, where he studied Agricultural Education.
Prior to becoming a Field Agent, Randy, enjoyed a variety of careers including owning and operating a 300 cow dairy, being a consultant of a dairy equipment company, as well as owning and managing local telephone and internet companies. Randy is married to his wife of nearly 40 years, Julie, who is a small business owner. They have three adult sons, Brad, Jay and Taylor as well as three grandsons, Caleb, Adam, Sam, Nathan and one granddaughter Evelyn Mae.
The family attends Holy Family Parish where Randy serves on the Pastoral Council, teaches religious education, serves on the Youth Advisory Board, and is helping to re-establish Council 7435. He is also a proud member of Holy Family’s ACTS and CRHP communities.
Randy is very active in the Vernon community. He is a past member of the Vernon Jaycees and a past member of the Board of Directors of the Vernon Chamber. He has also coached numerous youth soccer, baseball and pee-wee football teams and is involved with Boy Scout Troop 87 of the Northwest Texas Council, serving as assistant and Scout Master over the last six years.
When asked what he hopes to achieve for his members, Randy said, “As an agent, I meet with each Brother Knight to learn his goals and desires to craft the foundation for a custom designed financial framework. I plan to continue my educational efforts to ensure financial security to my Brothers and their families. Ensuring the very best service from myself and the Knights.”
